Expected Pay Scale Table of 7th Pay Commission for CG Employees

After conducting extensive research and analysis, we have successfully determined the expected pay scale table of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) for all groups of Central Government employees. It’s important to note, however, that this pay scale is merely a prediction based on our findings and is not confirmed news from the 7th CPC. Despite this, we remain confident in the accuracy of our prediction and believe it will provide valuable insight for those eagerly anticipating the release of the official pay scale table.

The expected pay scale table is being calculated using a method that follows the calculation procedures utilized in the 5th and 6th CPC pay revision methods. This method takes into account various factors such as the employee’s designation, years of service, and other relevant parameters to determine the expected pay range. By utilizing this method, employers can ensure that their employees are being paid fairly and in accordance with industry standards.

7th CPC is not providing the increase in salary as compare to 6th CPC. The difference in salary between lower cadre & higher cadre has been increased manifold. It is not a good sign for Indian economy. There is also no or negligible benefits for performance of individuals. The pay structure for PSUs is somewhat more market oriented as compare to central pay commission.
Thanks for sharing the valuable info.

Modi’s government is very smart. What about increase in tax slab. whatever we may get the Govt will take away in the form of tax. And there is almost three times difference between the MSP of an officer as conpaired to an soldier of Indian Army. Why is it so as a Jawan is more committed and facing the hardship of his duty. Not satisfied with pay commission reports. This pay commision is made by officers for themselves and not for Jawans or lower category personells.

    Sir,
I retired on 31st July 1996 from the rank of Superintending Engineer (SG)

My pension was fixed as per 6th CPC recommendations at PB-IV (Grade Pay Rs.8,700.00) at Rs. 23.050.00, which was reduced to Rs. 16,760.00 as my pension qualifying service was 24 years.
Later 6th CPC entitled full pension for pensioner’s serving more than 20 years but did not extend the entitlement to pensioners retired earlier.
Now since 7th CPV has recommended OROP for Civilian Pensioners also I would be entitled full pension.
Please let me at what stage my pension will be fixed and whether any formalities will be required for the same.
    Thanks,

Dependent should get the PF, Gratuity and Pension and any other dues immediate after the death of employee but should not get the job. To get the job he or she (dependent) should compete with all other candidate and should get the job after showing his eligibility. Am I wrong?

7 CPC has given the recommendation but this recommendation is not good for cge. Hon’ble P.M modi ji you always saying that ‘achchhe din aanewale hai’ and employees are hoping so from you, but as per recommendation of 7cpc, it has come ‘bure din’ for employees. You are the only hope for employees and you can only change from bure din to achchhe din. 7 cpc recommended least salary than all previous cpc. Some recommendation was not benefited to cge, that is only for eye wash, Like max.T.A was recommended of Rs.7200+D.A, what will benefit, it will be zero. For instance, if one presently getting T.A Rs.3200+D.A, then after calculating we will get Rs. 7200/ ( Rs.3200+3200*125/100=7200) presently. So, that you kindly take this issue in your hand and think for cge positively.

    Dear fellow countrymen,

Recommendations of 7th CPC have come as a big disappointment for all serving and retired armed forces personnel, least expected from the present government.

There is hardly any rise in pay as the merging of DA, including merging and discontinuing of the allowances in pay will lead to more tax liabilities thereby nullifying the increase unless the tax slabs are drastically revised which again is highly unlikely.

Recommendation of taking away the rations from peace stations displays the usual indifferent thought process of civilian counterparts towards the forces. Mind you, the same civilians flock themselves in railway stations with goodies when the nation is threatened. How can we have such double standards…..?

Does this imply that, Armed forces in peace stations will henceforth not be asked to respond to internal emergencies and calamities, as they will be presumed to be training and enjoying peace tenure with families and that the Home Ministry is very capable of handling such emergencies with their capable forces and government machinery.

Or is it implying that, henceforth, when the Armed forces are requisitioned, then rather than plunging themselves into action as is their ethos, now they must first apply for enabling themselves to draw rations in peace station and put the system of drawing of rations in place, feed themselves and then respond to the central and state authorities…..because Armies do not march on empty stomach.

Granting of OROP to civilian counterparts at parity with Armed forces has made a mockery of the manner in which this matter has been handled. Everyone here seems to be missing the point that a soldier retires at 35 years of age and the officers cadre of armed forces face a much steeper hierarchical pyramid with limited few making it to higher ranks and very few make it to the Apex cadre unlike their civilian counterparts. Majority of the officers retire at 52 years of age. The old system of 70% of pay as pension must be made applicable for Armed forces and revert back the civilian counterparts to 30% of pay as pension as they serve till 58/60 years of age.

Disability pension is a moral determining factor not for those soldiers who are disabled due to exigencies of service conditions but for those soldiers who know that when they do what has to be done, very well knowing that it will cause disability. Disability pension, its attributability to service conditions, its use or misuse must be left to the Armed forces, as such sensitive issues hurt where it hurts most. Recommendations of the 6th pay commission on the subject must continue as it allows increase in disability pension automatically.

Tax free pay to Armed forces personnel will be a great morale booster.

Armed forces are the pillars of our nation, they are our guardians securing us from threats from land, air and water. It is our duty to keep their morale high as they keep the Tricolour flying at full mast come what may. By giving them the stature they deserve in society we only ensure our brighter tomorrow. And let us never forget that a soldier is a soldier is a soldier.

This seventh CPC report has been prepared based on the more benefited for higher salary payee Officer because calculation of Basic Pay for Lower payee employees for 2.57 Multiple of existing basic Pay and for higher payee 2.78 multiple of existing basic pay. So higher salary payee employee will be more benefitted. The enhancement of Low payee employees is 14.26% and Higher payee employees is about 22%.

It is learnt from the more reliable source (NDTV & CNBC News) that the 7th pay commission is likely to submit its gigantic report on 19th November by recommending mere 15% hike in the salaries of central government employees including employees covered under UGC. In fact the news has prompted a panic situation among its stakeholders. Because it is much lower as compared with that of 5th and 6th pay commissions, Which have recommended approximately 40% and 35% hike respectively. As per as my own knowledge is concerned people will make their expectations after considering previous pay commissions reports, state government employees pay hikes and various components . of calculations. Perhaps this commission might have not peep in to them. The emotions of the exclusive salary dependents must have been included in the quantification of the opinion of the government. There is a mythological perception among the employees that the BJP lead government always fevers bureaucrats and industrialist. if the currently roaming percentage (15%) arrives in the final document as well as in the cabinet decisions as it is, people myths may come true and certainly may create many economic ramifications in the country, particularly on Inflation and consumer buying capacity along with decision priorities. Even more to that the imaginary perception of the people may also come true. hence i sincerely opine and make a word that the BJP lead government should contemplate on it from the economic, and employee welfare perspective too. no doubt policy makers may counter it by saying that the more hike may cause mountain burden over government. but if it is viewed from the economists perspective salary hike works as formidable motive on employees to enter into market and procure more and more industrial goods like cars, electronic gadgets and other domestic needs, which in turn boosts the economic growth and development of the country. hence i firmly and piously believe and keep faith in the policy makers that the phenomenon will be perceived, analysed and derive inferences in a broader spectrum for which it will gear up to expedite its positive impact before tasting multiple agitations and damages that will affect adversely on the government as well as its political graph.

I would like to add some more suggestions for the better pay commission recommendations. The public money shall be spent out efficiently since it is a hard earned money. Mere time passing is not a service and also the possession of power by higher authority does not serve any way. Therefore fixing up of duties and responsibilities of each officer and staff shall be more transparent and clear to understand. Performance linked pay and promotion should be in place for efficient public spending. Retirement plan in place does not serve the purpose on par with the old pension plan. Therefore some more discussions on this aspect may be considered.

The promotions/demotions should be based on the performances on the post .A suitable & transparent mechanism should be made. Regarding retirement age. Both the Govt. and the employee should have the scope i.e 45 years of age or 20 years of service which ever is latter. An employee will be offered multiple financial benefits with a condition of ZERO tolerance to any corruption . If he wants to continue with the service after 45 years of age or 20 years of service then he has to give an undertaking to perform more than average as he is experienced. Any allegation of corruption if proved will deprive the employee from all the service benefits except pension i.e basing on 20 years of service . A special court should be set up to complete the trial of such cases within one year with a ample opportunities for the employee to keep his words. Otherwise in Govt Service i.Perform 30% of the task and leave the rest where your superiors have the scope to prove their ego & whim. ii. Don’t undertake any thing which seems to be complicated with the plea of ignorance.

Due to this efocieny of the every employee will be incrased and CG Deptt. save Electricity and water in a huge quantity and save corores of rupees. I am to lay few lines in the interest and welfare of the central Govt. Employees working in various offices and departments. This is particularly for the cadre of Clerk Typist that in every Pay revisions the cadre of CT are suppressed with low Pay Scale in comparison to DEO though they carries similar responsibilities and nature of works. Even CT are made to work more whether it may be an Accountants or Sr. Accountants after qualifying DEA. As per CPC, CTs are granted MACP Scheme on completion of 10 years service in the grade of Grade Pay Rs. 2000 instead of Rs. 2800 which is the Grade Pay of Accountant as the next promotional post of CT is Accountant. So, please the Pay Scale of CT may be made equivalent to DEOs and MACP Scheme may also be granted to CT equivalent to Accountant.

Y small grades are paid less though they work equivalent or even more in comparison to sr. accts. or accountant. Presently clrerks with 10 yrs service in the grade r awarded acp of grade pay rs. 2000 only instead of 2800 which is the grade pay of accountant as the next promotional post of clerk is accountat, then y clerks are discriminated.. please look into the matter seriously…

Last Pay Commission was calculated @ 1.86 of the basic pay and according to the price in goods increased rapidly in between 2008(declaration of 6th CPC, ) to till date, the calculation should be more than 2.5 of PB+GP+DA so that peaple would manage the back logs/crises faced during last few years. The RMA, WA, Kit allowances and other allowances should be made accordingly to each Govt. Servant as it is given to gazzatted officers only in previous pay commissions as all are equal in a unique factor that we all are servants of Government erespective of posts/ranks……

    Sir
All recent pay commissions in defence were in favour of officers for eg in terms of MSP there is a huge difference between officers and PBORs but, the rescue faced by all defence personnel is same. There are so many issues likeas mentioned pls do the justice at least this time

7th CPC pay band against pre revised pay scale S15 to S-23 having error needs correction. For 50000-15000 may be changed to 50000-150000.
