Revision of pension of pre-2006 pensioners Delinking of revised pension from qualifying service of 33 years: Revision of pension for pensioners who retired prior to 2006 is being considered, specifically the delinking of their revised pension from the requirement of having served for a minimum of 33 years. This revision is in accordance with the PCDA Circular 568. The rates for the Minimum Guaranteed Service Pension and Ordinary Family Pension, applicable from 1st January 2006, have been incorporated into the calculator. The calculator caters to JCOs/ORs Pensioners from the Army, Air Force, and Navy. The Armed Force Personnel’s Pension/Family Pension has been revised as of 1st January 2006, 1st July 2009, 24th September 2012, and 1st July 2014 (OROP). Additionally, personnel with the honorary rank of Naik, Havildar, and Havildar holding the honorary rank of Nb Sub are receiving pay in the Sepoy, Naik, and Havildar pay scales respectively.

Sir. I was retired in Sep 2003 from the Navy as LS -Y group,15 years completed, kindly calculate DL 33 arrear.
I retired from EME Army in 1982 after 10 yrs service, getting service pension, did not receive any arrear of delinking 33yrs service.
I reired from arty 2005 17year service pension did not receive any arrear of delinnking 33yrs service

I Fulu Rani Roy family pensioner, my husband served in Army EME as Naik & DSC as Sepoy.Total service 30years +. retired on 1984. I have not received any arrears of D Linking 33 , Am I eligible to get any arrears if so what should be my total arrears, I am in receipt of ordinary family pension.

Bijendra Dubey. Pcda pension circular No 568 payment of arrears as per delinking 33 yrs service has not been made till now .As per your calculation of arrears Rank of Subedar y gp 246497to be paid from 1-7-2009 to 30-06-2014 as per above circular.

Naik get 15 years service to 24 years get same pension.This negligency started from last orop.

I have approached my bankers at UCO bank digiana, Jammu regarding my DL 33 arrears but they are unaware about it and as such my arrears have not been paid

D L -33 Arrears not received as on 28th March 2017 in spite of my repeated request to PDA, United Bank of India, Noonmati Branch, Guwahati, (Assam). However, other nationalised banks have already paid long back.

Sir, I am not received any arrears as per the circular 568. I am Ex Navy . My pension Account with Syndicate Bank Kadmat Island Branch U .T of Lakshadweep . I am informed to Staff Officer (Pension) CABS Cheetha Camp Mankurd Mumbai but I didn’t get any reply till to date. My batch mates are got the arrears on last year on October & November, 2016. My basic pay as on 01.01.2006 is RS.4027/-& 01.09.2009 is RS.4848/- what I do for the arrears? I am waiting your good reply please.

Dear veterans you have to insert pension as on 1.1.06 as per circular 547 up to 30.06.2009 and wef 1.7.09 as per circular 430 and wef 1.10.12 as circular 501 then you will get correct figure (approximate).
This calculation is a majak forcalculation the arrear your fig 5820 remainig same it should be changed acordingly

Subject of DL 33yrs arrears is not clear. One Sub 28 yrs service. Retd on 30 Apr 2005. What abot DL arrears. B Pay issue Rs 9440/- wef 20yes to 28 yrs .
When the subject of Dl 33 yrs arrears is a big and complicated task and pending for so many yrs in respect of hardly 2 crore employees,what will you do for the rest of the population who expect so many hopes and aspirations.i feel frustrated to live longer time in this world especially after the age of 60yrs.
