Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has recently released a comprehensive list of hospitals in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, Gujarat. The list comprises 63 hospitals in Ahmedabad and 16 in Vadodara, providing Central Government employees, pensioners, and their dependents with necessary healthcare facilities. The scheme’s main aim is to ensure that eligible beneficiaries have access to high-quality medical care whenever required. This move will undoubtedly bring relief to thousands of individuals who were previously struggling with healthcare accessibility issues.

In the newest GJ CGHS Hospital List for 2023, Central government employees and pensioners can now take advantage of CGHS facilities in two more cities: Gandhinagar and Vadodara. This expansion of coverage is great news for those residing in these areas, as it offers them wider access to healthcare services. Alongside Ahmedabad, these two cities in Tamil Nadu are now part of the list of locations where eligible individuals can receive medical assistance. It’s worth noting that Gujarat is home to three of the 79 Indian cities currently covered by CGHS.
