Question: Sir I have taken Voluntary retirement by completing 3 months notice period after 29 years of service. When will i get Commuted value of pension & what is rule for that. It is learnt from my office that it is applicable after further 3 months after date of voluntary retirement.
Reply: It has no specific rules. Your qualifying service should be verified from the beginning of service, if you are taken E.O.L. without M.C. it will not count for service and it will be verified by your Pay & Accounts Office. On the basis your Pension, Commutation & Gratuity will be decided.

| Reply | It is better to sanctioning the leave as “EXTRAORDINARY LEAVE” without M.C. (without pay). It will not court for service. “Leave cannot be asked as a matter of rights”. |

| Question | It is observed that,there is no justice in India,because the 6th pay anomaly of Central Government Employee is not removed the the Government,wherein hundred of Court verdict is still pending regarding Grade Pay,ACP and MACP,How Government of India has impose 7 th Pay commission.It is completely illegal works .I wrote a letter to the Pay Commission regarding anomaly of sixth CPC.but no response.There is no bar of D.A as per Cadre from Class Four to Class- I, Level post, every body is getting equal D.A no Ratio for D.A., Why equal Basic pay was not give according rate of D.A.? |
