Finmin issued July DA Notification 2019
Finance Ministry issued orders on grating of Dearness allowance to Central Government Employees at revised rates with effect from 1.7.2019.
Dearness Allowance payable to Central Government employees shall be enhanced from the existing rate of 12% to 17% of the basic pay with effect from 1st July, 2019.
As per the notification, all Central Government employees including civilian employees paid from the Defence Services Estimates and separate orders will be issued for Armed Forces Personnel and Railway employees by the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Railways, respectively.
Noted that there is no instructions in the order on DA arrears from July 2019.
