Attention to this message……
First of all review the duty nature n jobs responsibility of a pharmacist post in an advance correction slip (S.No.-03 Health 2015) amended para 203 of IRMM 2000 regarding duties and responsibilities of paramedical staffs working in Railway hospitals.
Railway pharmacist must deserve initial gp of 4600 in comparison to staff nurse who gets 4600gp…
Now most pharmacist Recruited in Railways are either B Pharm holder(4 yr course) or M Pharm (2 yr after b pharm)…
Pharmacist cadre also deserve POST GRADUATE ALLOWANCE and/OR HIGHER QUALIFICATION INCENTIVE.
Pharmacist maintain ARME scale I & II… Also deserve BREAK DOWN ALLOWANCE like C&W staff in Railway…
In nursing cadre, staff nurse get two non absorbable increment who have higher qualification other than GNM/diploma course.
Thus, it is also applicable to pharmacist who have higher qualification like B Pharm and/or M Pharm degree.
So plz keep these facts in front of railway board.
Thanks
