Sir I retired from Army on 30-6-2006 after 30yrs service in rank of sub gp X iam not clear about fixation of basic pension further i have not been given notional increment for the year 2006 .msp pay Rs-5200/and XGp Rs 6200/ not taken in account in fixation of basic pension
after serving 37 years 08 months for my motherland through IAF I re joined my civilian brotherhood as a retired honorary comissioned officer now my pension is same as a honorary comissioned officer of 28 years served honorary comissioned officer as per OROP table recomended by GOI so where my 10 years of service gone whome I should tell my agony
I retired as MWO X Go with last pay drawn as on 01 Apr 2014 Rs 8200/ pm corresponding to total Rs 23830 minimum Pay.My pension was fix Rs 11526/ pm wef 01 May 2014 upto 30 Jun 2009 where as it should have calculated Rs 11915/ pm as per circular no.547&549. I am not paid any Arears ( Rs 389/pm& DA on it) wef 01 Jan to 30 Jun 2009. Pl clarify
