sir my basic pay 39900 today my promotion date 27 02 2018 hav to jco but my hav basic pay in feb 38100 and july is my next increment but pbor give me next increment jan 2019 why please tell me about my service enrolment 0504 1999
Since your promotion may be upgraded of MACP, so you will be given two increments on 27/2/18 in your lower level and fixed your pay in next level. Then your increnent may be changed as January.
Sir,my pay scale as per 5Th cpc 4500-125-7000. When I retired on june 2004 My basic with out DP was 6500. My pay with DP for Average emolument of pension was Rs 9750.(With DP) As per pension book
So what will be my pension as per 6Th CPC from 1/1/2006 ? And what will be my pension as per 7Th CPC from 1/1/2016 ?

As per your last pay of ₹ 6500, your 6th CPC Pension was ₹ 7445/- (in GP 2800) & from 7th CPC w.r.f 1/1/2016 as per concerdance table 19, matrix level 5 notional Pension is ₹ 19,600/- plus applicable dearness relief.

Hope MoD and PCDA(P) will issue necessary circulars/OM in connection with fixation of Pension of pre-2016 pensioners very soon. Of course present orders of the Government is disadvantage compared to 7th cpc option I.
Delay in 7th CPC for Defence is demoralise them…That is totally injustice…
What problem of government ,did not issue order for Army 7th pay commission.

It will be good. But more differnce between officer and other rank. When an officer join the service his qualifications is 12th. His facilities are more than other rank. At night a soldier take post charge in (_) digree but officer rest his bad. This pay difference is not right.
