7th CPC House Rent Allowance

New HRA Rates and Categories of Cities

The Central Government has decided to implement the recommendations of 7th Pay Commission on House Rent Allowance with effect from 1.7.2017.

Even the Committee on Allowances also recommended the same rates. There is only change the DA reached 25% and 50%, then the HRA rates will also be revised as 9%, 18% & 27% and 10%, 20% & 30%.
