Submission of life certificate is more important for pensioners and family pensioners, to continue receiving their pension or family pension.

Submission of Life Certificate offline mode

Life certificate can be submitted in physical format to visit your pension issuing bank branch with aadhaar number, mobile, passbook and pension payment order (PPO). Checking your fingerprint with biometric devices and authentication will be generated with a unique ID. This ID is called Pramaan ID as acknowledgment.

Submission of Life Certificate online mode

Submission of life certificate through online mode (Digital submission) in your PC, laptop or mobile phone, need STQC certified Biometric Device. If not, download the ‘Jeevan Pramaan Application’ from the official portal of jeevanpramaan to your PC, laptop or mobile phone.

Provide all details of aadhaar number, mobile number, PPO number, bank account number and name of the bank etc. If you complete the process you can download the copy of Jeevan Pramaan Certificate with the help of JP Unique ID. [Click to view in detail]
