Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) Approved Hospital List in Uttar Pradesh

The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) is a comprehensive medical facility that caters to the healthcare needs of Central Government employees and their families. The scheme offers a wide range of services, including OPD treatment for medicine-related issues, specialist consultation at government hospitals, hospitalization at empanelled hospitals, and diagnostic tests at government and empanelled diagnostic centres. Pensioners and beneficiaries can benefit from cashless treatment at empanelled hospitals and diagnostic centres. If emergency treatment is required in private unrecognized hospitals, expenses are reimbursed. Additionally, expenses related to the purchase of medical aids such as hearing aids and artificial limbs are also reimbursed. The scheme also provides family welfare and MCH services to ensure the well-being of employees and their families.

CGHS Allahabad Hospital List and Rate List

Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) has recently granted official approval to a wide-ranging directory of hospitals in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. This move is aimed at providing Central Government employees, pensioners, and their dependents with access to necessary healthcare facilities through a network of 34 hospitals in Allahabad, and 12 in Varanasi. The ultimate objective of this list of CGHS authorized hospitals in Uttar Pradesh is to ensure that eligible beneficiaries have easy and quick access to top-quality medical care whenever they need it.

UP CGHS Hospital List 2023

In a remarkable move, the UP CGHS Hospital List for the upcoming year 2023 has been given a facelift and now features a whopping 11 new cities in addition to the existing ones. The new cities that have been included are Agra, Aligarh, Baghpat, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Meerut, Moradabad, Saharanpur, and Varanasi (Banaras). This list is especially relevant for Central government employees and retirees who can now utilize CGHS facilities in these newly added locations. By doing so, they will have access to an extended range of healthcare services. It is worth noting that Uttar Pradesh now boasts of 12 cities covered under CGHS, which is a part of the 79 cities across India where this facility is available.
