Sir my annual increment after getting macp on 1/07/20 was due on 01/01/2021..since I had completed six months of continuous service on 31/12/2020.
But winter vacation starts from 01/01/2021 and the head prepared roster as per covid guidelines for winter vacation, in which I was supposed to come on 04/01/2021.
So I joined suti on 04/01/2021.
I am eligible for my annual increment due on 01/01/21?
Increment is eligible only from joining duty on 4-1-21 only if you’re given option increment from January.

I remained on leave from 16.04.2015 to 16.10.2016 and leave Sanctioned on GROUND of Medical board certificate (16.04.2015 to 25.11.2015 – HPL, 26.11.2015 to 25.07.2016 – PL, 26.07.2016 to 16.10.2016 – EOL). I Joined my duty on 17.10.2016.
My pay on 01.01.2015 was Rs. 23110 and grade pay Rs. 5400.
please let me know when I will get my AGI of year of 01.07.2015 and 01.07.2016 and my salary will be fixed on what pay and in which Year.
Presently I got pay of Rs. 23970 and GP. 5400 on 17.10.2016 and then Rs. 24860 and GP 5400 on 01.07.2017.
What will be my arrears for this period after Sanction of AGI.

The 7th Pay commission is confusing. witll the rules of attendance on 1st January 2016 will also imply to those who are on maternity leave . The maternity leave is sanctioned base on the maternity act and as such they are deemed to present
This is not so fair.
Even if the official attends duty on 1.1.2016 and again proceeds on CCL from 2.1.2016, the leave availed from 28.12.2015 to 28.1.2016 will be considered as one spell.
will the leave will break or it will be considered as one spell from 28.12.15 to 28.1.16
pl suggest that if a woman employee is on CCL from 28.12.2015 to 28.01.2016 due to prelims of 10th std and if she reports to work on 1.1.2016 and continue her leave upto 28.1.16. is the leave valid.
This has reference to your article advising Central Government employees not to take leave on 1.1.2016 as they will not get the benefit of 7th CPC if implemented from 1.1.2016. This is a misleading information. In the case of those who are on Earned Leave/Commuted leave .on 1.1.2016 alone will not get this benefit. In the case of those who are either on Casual Leave or availing Restricted Holiday on 1.1.2016, benefit of revised pay w.e.f.1.1.2016 will definitely be admissible.
Iam on paternity leaves then also I have to Join 9 January 2017
If I am on maternity leave, then also I have to join on 1 January 2016.
If the employee happen to be a vacational staff & 1 Jan happens to be a holiday then also will the 7th CPC fixation will be affected?
There are millions of Govt employees and also another thousands of military personnel will be on leave. It’s ridiculous to even expect all to be back, and its not their fault. Govt is not even declared that on 01 Jan 2016 itself pay commission will be implemented. I think sooner or later, Govt shall clarify.
Its not a right way. If we work or not the Govt must implement the report by rule.
1.1.2006 was on Sunday, so the next day only assumption date Mr.GS.
Those who were not attended on the next working day, their pay fixation certainly not done on 1.1.2006
It is injustice to regular working CG employees take leave on effected dt. Of 7th cpc if any loss financially.
Thanks Mr. Mariappan and Mr. Stivan J Alva. I also searched extensively and and found that even while implementing 6th pay comminssion, employees on sanctioned leave on 01.01.2006 got benefit from 01.01.2006 only.
If it is not corret, please some one share any order which suggests that 7th Pay commission benefits will not be implemented for employyes on sanctioned leave on 01.01.2016?

I think an amendment to the CCS Revised Pay Rules, 2008 will do the needful. This Rule clarifies under Rule 6, Note 3 that “Persons who were on earned leave or any other leave on 1.1.2006 which entitled them to leave salary will be allowed the benefits of this Rule” This is further explained by way of illustration to Note 3.
I think an small amendment to make this applicable to 7th Pay Commission recommendation will do.
No.. No..Those who are in regular service, there is no effect, they are on leave or not on 1st January.. Once 7th CPC Pay implemented, then 6th CPC Pay doesn’t exists unless specifically opted by individual or otherwise some clauses in Revised Pay Rules prevents it for those on leave on 1st Jan.
