7th Pay Commission recommended Risk and Hardship Matrix allowances for Various Categories of Employees working in Central Government Services.

As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare orders issued on 18th September 2019, granting of Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) / Patient Care Allowance (PCA) Rs. 5300 per month whose Pay Matrix Level 9 and above and admissible Rs. 4100 per month whose Pay Matrix Level 8 and below to all group of A and B Non-Ministerial employees allied Healthcare Professionals excluding Nurses with effect from 1.7.2017.
