Pay fixation on promotion from UDC to Assistant immediate next pay scale is found more beneficial than the hierarchical promotion.
Fixation of a UDC drawing Rs. 10960+2400 promoted to Assistant is given below:

Fixation on Promotional hierarchy i.e. Rs 4200 GP
| Increment on Promotion | 1059 |

Similar deficiencies may be noticed in other cases also. For similar cases multiplication factor should be increased. Two increments should be granted on promotion.

i G somi naidu, working in navy civiliana as store keeper,Gared Pay 2400/-
i get MACP last year 01 increment with 2800/ Gared Pay(but promosation G P 4200/_)
after 7CPC i get promotion 18 Jul 2016 as senior Store Keeper

I am a government servant since 2008 work in the grade pay 2400/- and recently i have join in the Grade Pay of 4200/- and join the new service mid of February,2016 by direct recruitment in the same organization. i have applied through proper channel. let me know the whether i am entitle for increment on 1.7.2016 if yes, which grade either 2400 or 4200 and also let me know where i will be in pay matrix under GP 4200.
Employee A: pay 17380 + GP 4800 in PB2= basic pay in 6 CPC 22180, basic fixed in 7 CPC as per table 58600;
Employee B: pay 16880+ GP 5400 in PB3= basic pay in 6 CPC 22280, basic fixed in 7 CPC as per table 57800
Is it not a flaw in fixation table. Can I claim anomaly. Pl advise.
Basic pension on retirement 17760/_
On 30/06/2011 got 2 incrimentsin GP 7600
7 cpc new pension 2.57×17760=42340
Matrix 2 incs =41800
Would have got 18 incs in GP 5400 if not got two promotions then BP as per Matrix would be 45150/_ 50% of 90300
