Maximum difference of pay scale between officer and class-3 rank which created negative result every service holder. Specially force department feeling is wrong results every pay commition. All SOS and officers not done 10% their basic duty . They are enjoying picnic and party every day. They have not payment mess cutting.because they are commanding officer. If any jawan claim food charge all officers and low rank commanders planning separately and gropingly give punishment. So please look the matter inside of all force firstly BSF CRPF ITBP SSB

Tha pay scales tobe announced by theCentral Govt as on 01/01/2016 should be sufficient that it is always morethan the purchasing basic things so that the employees need not have to go for borrowing loans and more so to avoid curreption.Similarly pension amount should also be sufficiently more than that is two times of the present pension amount.

Like me ,50 lacks central govt. civil pensioner interest are ignored since we are not in service and it is a fact that existing 30 lacks central govt. employees are more- more important than the central govt. pensioner since they have got the power/weapon ie. STRIKE, which we have not. But my question to you all why we are depriving of getting advance guess/calculation of pension fron 7TH CPC, which may be correct or not , that is immaterial. Please rethink over the matter. AWAITING FOR EARLY SUITABLE ACTION.
    .Thanks.
