As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare orders issued on 18th September 2019, granting of Hospital Patient Care Allowance (HPCA) / Patient Care Allowance (PCA) Rs. 5300 per month whose Pay Matrix Level 9 and above and admissible Rs. 4100 per month whose Pay Matrix Level 8 and below to all group of A and B Non-Ministerial employees allied Healthcare Professionals excluding Nurses with effect from 1.7.2017.
