SIR , ANY CGHS APPROVED hospital at Kannur ..
Sir, I am due for superannuation from CRPF (Central Govt) during Feb’2019. As I am a resident of Trivandrum (kaniyapuram), I have to opt for CGHS facilities. What are the formalities to be completed now for getting pensioner’s life time CGHS card? Where is my nearest CGHS dispensary /wellness centre to get the information and to obtain needful documents ?. Regards
Dr.Agarwals Eye Hospital,Vellayambalam
Also empanelled with CGHS.
I am a Central Government pensioner of 2009 (retired from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh) and am issued with a CGHS life time card by the Office of the Additional Director, CGHS, Trivandrum. Since I opted for CGHS facility I am not eligible for FMA. I am residing in Ottapalam, Palakkad, and it is quite difficult for me and my family to go to Trivandrum for treatment and follow up. I am compelled to take treatment in and around Ottapalam paying the expenses from my pocket. It will be a boon for pensioners like me if the CGHS take steps to empanel at least one super speciality hospital in every district of Kerala so that we could get cashless treatment near our home town.instead of running all the way to Trivandrum. Hope the concerned authorities will look into it and consider our case sympathetically.
Despite having life time membership, a pensioner like me residing at Palakkad cannot go to TVM to avail of any OP or IP facility.I have also been losing FMA for the last 13yrs. It is understood that there is a proposal to start one more wellness centre in Kerala. Certain cities have ten centres but still they are demanding more. And in Kerala, aged pensioner from Kasargode or Kannur is expected to go to TVM for treatment, which is far from feasible. Will the authorities be kind enough to understand the genuineness of the problem and initiate early remedial measures?
Sir,Plz do give your contact number..need to get some advise from you..regarding the same
