Almost all the State governments have followed the Central Government pattern of Holiday for their offices and employees. State Governments are giving more importance to local festivals and occasions. The Central Government declared the holiday list for the year 2021. According to the Tamil Nadu G.O. 554 a new list of Public Holidays in 2021 for its offices and employees.
