The present government is diverting its attention from welfare State so as to focus on the issues which would benefit to the Capitalists. They implemented Privatisation to get rid of the employment to the SCs and STs provided in the Constitution. They are not making it mandatory to employ the candidates of these categories in Private sector..The Industrialists like Bajaj think that byemploying these people the efficiency would be affected. But in my opinion, I donot find any merit of the general category leaders from Jawaharlal Nehru to Narendra modi. Otherwise in 65 years regime, , literacy percentage of the country would have been at least 90%. only in few States like Kerala it is more than 90%. and in other state it is ranging from 30 to 65%.The poverty of the people also is growing day by day. Corruption is in the height. In some Villages and even in Cities people do not have their own toilet.Government is careless on such issues. They neither provide employment to the unemployeed nor give any subsistance allowance to leave better life. This resulted in lootmar, theft, murder, burglary etc.The government is only giving attention to the higher upper class and middle class.
