Relaxation to Visit NER, J&K & A&N Islands – DoPT Clarif

Employees of the Central Government who are not entitled to air travel are permitted to travel by air in Economy class, subject to a maximum fare limit of the LTC-80 fare. This decision allows for greater flexibility in travel options for government employees, while keeping costs within reasonable limits. By travelling in Economy class, these employees can still enjoy the convenience and efficiency of air travel while also fulfilling their work obligations.
