Yesterday a big announcement came from Central Govt to more than one crore of existing and retired employees increased 5% of pay and pension from July 2019.

Increasing in DA is an impact on the total salary of Central Government employees in two ways. The first impact will be increased directly in Dearness Allowance from 12% to 17% of basic pay. And another impact will be in the Transport Allowance.
