    Hello,
Glad to find PGT vacancies in highly reputed Institutions of my subject.
Felt very sad for knowing that there is age limit to apply then I found there are possibilities for teachers like me those who are curious about teaching. But remuneration for contractual teachers is very low where compared to any other professional would get increased income at every shift depending on his/her service experience.
It’s only found here in TEACHING SERVICES there is no VALUE ADDED REMUNERATION FOR CONTRACTUAL TEACHERS in KVS OR ADHOCK TEACHERS IN Private schools.
I am a Triple Post Graduate in Politics, History and English Literature with B. Edn.
I am a retired TGT, Social Sciences. I retired from my teaching services on 30-07-2022 after Thirty two years and plus.
I am still able bodied, fit minded, eager and energetic to impart knowledge and teach students of classes 10&12 .
But where is the opportunity for people like me with respectable remuneration and recognition for the Three decades of successful teaching career???

I am feeling very low spirits in this regard.
Society of elites say just for name sake that “Teaching is a Noble Profession” But not an acknowledged position in the present society.

With this meager income how can a teacher support family expenditures in the days of inflation?
Think about the economic conditions, price rise etc…

I worked in a Private Schhol, recognised/ affiliated with CBSE faced so many disparities somehow got ended up with that job. Just after my retirement in July 2022, took break for eight months and found myself not spending quality time at home except attending the daily chores.

I have been searching for such recognition and respectable offer with handful of remuneration and eager to render my teaching services to classes 10&12 CBSE, History, Politics in English medium as I would serve efficiently and effectively and of course diligently with all positive approach.

At this age, with all my strengths I offer my able teaching services to the Institute wherever I work.
But I really make an open PLEA to enhance the remuneration for the above said particularly those retired from their teaching services and get ready to render sincere services to the students.

Let the government take up this issue with all due respect for the NOBLE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES BY THE RETIRED TEACHERS AT THE PAR WITH ANY RE RECRUIT OF AN IAS / IPS / BANK OFFICER in any post with ALL HONOURS.

I am expressing my feelings for all the retired teaching community those who are able bodied, sound minded and willing to work but not getting ready for the low remuneration rules and low spirits for all the treatment regarding leave position etc.

Hope my feelings would be considered in a positive suggestions and needed action to pass all good regards for our TEACHING FRATERNITY.

    🙏👍🙏
