I joined as PG Teacher (Now redeginated as Lecturer) on 01.06.1993 – GP 4800 . After 12 years I got 1st financial Upgradation ( ACP ) w.e.f. 01.06.2005 GP 5400 . After completion of 20 years of service as per VI CPC , I got 2nd financial upgradation ( MACP ) w.e.f. 01.60.2013 GP 6600 . After the implementation of 7th CPC , my basic pay was fixed in Level 11 as on 01.01.2016 and I got one increment on 01.07.2016 . I have a doubt , if I hereafter get a regular promotion to Vice-Principal post ( Level 10 ) after rendering 23 years of service without promotion , whether I will be given one increment in the existing Level and pay will be fixed in the next Level 12 or not , because my seniors who are in the status like me got promotion in October 2016 and joined duty , They are not given increment and persists in the same level without a single paise benefit . So please clear my doubt .

In this era of IT REVOLUTION saying the govt is not able to decide ACTUAL DA from JULY 2016 so it is proposed to pay INTERIM INCREASE OF 1% is RIDICULOUS in as much as denying( while calculating arrears in the month of Aug 2016) benefit of PAY MATRIX ACCEPTED BY GOVT.THE GOVT SEEMS TO BE VERY STINGY WHILE EXTENDING LEGITIMATE DUES TO ITS EMPLOYEES IN THE MATTER OF 7TH PAY COMMISSION AS THIS TIME THE BENEFIT EXTENDED IS THE LEAST WHEN COMPARED TO PREVIOUS PCS. INSTEAD OF UPLIFTING STANDARDS OF LIFE STYLE ITS EMPLOYEES GOVT IS PULLING DOWN WHICH IS AGAINST THE EXPECTATIONS BY A MODEL EMPLOYER.CS T.KOTAYYA HYDERABAD TS
