The Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee (CGEWCC) meeting was held in Hyderabad on 10th October 2019.
As per the decision that was taken in the meeting, the following list of 17 days declared as compulsory closed holidays in 2020 for Central Government Offices located in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

No Change in Restricted Holiday on 28.10.2020
As per the CGEWCC Hyderabad circular dated 15th May 2020, 26th October 2020 (Monday0 will remain as Restricted Holiday and cannot be treated as Closed Holiday for Central Government offices.
Ugadi Declared as Closed Holiday
In view of the meeting of Central Government Employees Welfare Coordination Committee of Telenagana held on 31st Janauary 2020. Ugadi Festival is to be observed as a Closed Holiday in place of Mahashivaratri on 21.2.2020.
