Vey good service from Vijaynagar wellness centre but when the patient specially super senior citizens fall sick ,it would be good if the nurse at least visits and repairs to the Dr for further treatment. More nurses maybe trained and appointed so that initially well trained nurses can attend and take advice from the doctors thus spare doctors for other patients in the Center

i went to for my mothers health problems at ulsoor branch, here nobody can identify the CGHS because there is no board, no parking wnen i went on the first day a lady sweeper was on duty at the reception, she asked many questions in tamil, she is not speaking in any other language, & finally she wrote all wrong spelling name & gave the slip & token number to see the doctor& when my mother went to see the doctor some doctor are playing video games & some doctor on face book after more than an hour she got the number, the doctor saw my mother not even 2 minutes & gave some tablets & after some time again we went to CGHS for eye problems they refered to shivajinagar polyclinic there we went we saw people are standing in queue in staircases from 3rd floor to ground floor, how so called big officer like, DDG, ADDG & many officials are blind of these things, no board, no parking available we have to keep the scooter in shivajinagar bus stand & the patient should come walking to polyclinic, for more than 15 days we are trying to see the eye doctor, every time we go there in reception they tell token is over & after some time the eye doctor has go on leave at last we went to show eye problem for private doctor, ANY DAY you may make a suprise visit to ulsoor CGHS & see what is happening there around 8.AM you will see the sweeper will be in the seat to writing the slip,only tamil she will be talking, i will not mention the name of the doctor one young girl type lady doctor you check her surprising she will be in face book, ANY DAY you make a suprise visit at shivajinagar clinic & see the peoples sufferings one should go at 7 to 8AM & take all their greivances
Can you tell me which hospital the cancer patients will go in Bangalore. . Last year for three months from oct to dec’2014 we took treatment at HCG hospital, suddenly the staff told me the facilities has been stopped because the government has not paid any amount.
The is not at all good for the pensioners, please suggest where we have to go for the treatment.
gynecology and ortho base hospital are required in Yelahanka/Ananthapura area.
Actually other than Agarwal Eye hospital , no one hospital is CGHS authorised.
Please see the matter urgently.
Serving Government Servants are allowed treatment in referral Hospitals whereas pensioners are referred only to Government Hospitals. Is there any exception to this?
On 20th September Sunday myself and my wife fell sick and my neighbour admitted us in ICU of a unapproved private hospital in Vijayanagar, Bangalore. We stayed there for tree days spending nearly Eighty thousand rupees.
Again On 27th September, being Sunday, my wife was not well. We wanted to admit her in an approved hospital. First we rang up Narayana Super specialility hospital ,Malleswaram. Bangalore. A lady answered my call and told ther was no vacant bed to admit. We then took my wife to Fortis hospital Cunningham Rd Bangalore.. The patient was examined in outpatient department and advised admission. When we showed our CGHS card we were told no vacant bed. We were advised to go to some other hospital. We then took her to another private hospital ( Vikram hospital in millers road) and got treatment. This is the plight. with approved hospitals.
But on working days we get very good service from CGHS dispensary.Trouble starts when you fall sick on holidays.
The present referral procedure is causing lot of problem to the senior citizens as they have to go to CGHS wellness centre personally and get the papers signed.The physical constraint of the elderly people should need attention and relaxation. Any magic solution! Seshadri.
