What is the expected DA?
The expectation of an increase in Dearness Allowance (DA) for Government employees and pensioners. It will happen once in six months from January to June and July to December of every year.
Dearness Allowance (DA) from July 2020: 3% increase in DA confirms at this stage and it is possible to hike by 4% also!
If the AICPIN (All India Consumer Price Index) will increase by 2 points in two months of May and June 2020, the percentage of Dearness allowance may not touch 25%. See the DA Calculation table is given below:
