Comparison revised and pre-revised of Concordance Table S.No.13 – Pensioners retired in the sacle of Rs.6500-10500 before 2006
As per the order issued by the Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare on 4.1.2019, revised pension/family pension w.e.f. 1.1.2006 for pensioners retired/died in the 5th CPC of Rs.6500-10500/- or equivalent pay scales in the earlier Pay Commissions.

Very good news for the employees in service/pensioners/died/family pensioners in the 4th CPC Scale of pay Rs.2000-3200/3500 (S13) & in the 5th CPC of pay scale Rs.6500-10500/-(PB-2) are getting Grade Pay increased from Rs.4200 to Rs.4600/- from 1/1/2006. The difference of amount upto the date arrears they will get. Due to the change they will be comes in the 7th CPC Matrix Level 6 to 7.
Not much beneficial as these pensioners have not been granted merged pre-revised scale of Rs. 7450-11500.
