AICPIN for the month of September 2019 is released by the Labour Bureau. As per the press release, the index is increased by 2 points from the existing level of 320.

Current Status of AICPIN 322

The expected DA from January 2020 is processed to next level. The percentage of additional Dearness allowance from Jan 2020 has been moved from 18.27 to 18.94.

What is the Advance Release Calendar?

The meaning of the Advance Release Calendar is a public statement of the pre-schedule of publishing the statistical data of the Consumer Price Index. Every month the Labour Bureau is publishing various indexes, one of the main index for Central Government employees and pensioners is AICPIN (All Indian Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers Base Year 2001=100). The index is the key factor for calculating Dearness Allowance for Government employees and pensioners.

As per the schedule of advance release calendar, AICPIN for the month of September 2019 will be published on 31st September 2019 by the Labour Bureau.
