WB Pay Commission News: New Pay Structure from 1.1.2020

West Bengal 6th Pay Commission News: The new pay structure will come to effect from 1st January, 2020.

On 13th September 2019, the State Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee stated in Kolkata that the Pay Panel Committee submitted its first report to the Government and the recommendations of the report will accept, she added.

The minimum basic pay may be raised to Rs.17.990 from the existing of level of Rs. 7000.

As per the recommendations of the Pay Commission report, the minimum gross salary will be more than Rs. 20,000 and the Gratuity ceiling will be increased to 10 lakh.

The Pay Commission also recommended to Dearness allowance merge with basic pay with new pay bands.

About then thousand crore rupees will be spent additionally from State exchequer for implementing all the recommendations of 6th pay commission including new pay structure to West Bengal Government Employees.

    Respected All, With due respect to the chair this is my humble prayer to you that I join Govt. Service on dated 25/10/2004,on Contractual appointment where I am received Rs 4500/only with out other benefits, after joining 10/08/2006, as permanent post with Scale Pay 4500/-9700/,after next Increments received 2007,-2008-2009-2010-after 2011,then my Increments stop without any order received from competent authority where they stop my salary fromJuly to 15th August, after next transfer from Purulua to Coochbehar, I always obey all Govt. Order when transfer. But after joining ITI Coichbehar after sum month I received payment from 16th August to next three month after three months after more prayer, I work there without receiving salary through systems in due time, also work on public interest,After that my salary stand since August 2012to till 2019in previous standing salary, also not deliver Increments, CAS, after complete 15years complete service, after transfer Durgapur my previous salary not updated after not pending court order. I already submitted my docoments also written prayer submitted through proper channel also submitted Honorable Verdict Through High Court also produced Honorable Verdict Through District Court Raghunathpur, but afterwards not received my pending salary payment updated from system, and I have not against any complain against Govt. because I am working on public servant work also humanastatic work for everyone.
    So I therefore pray to you to look into this matter from your ends on humanastatic ground for my suffering family purpose in present and future life safety purpose.
