Sir mai 30/10/2001 ka Defence Industrial staff me bharti hua tha. DOPT Om dated 19/5/2009 k hisab se 1.1.2006 mera Grade pay kitna hona chahiye. Aur avhi mera basic Rs.32000 (GP-1900) me hai. Mera 2nd MACP 30/10/2021 ko due hoga. Fixation hoke mera pay kitna hoga with grade pay level.
Give January increment option so you will get from 1-1-22 promotional increment as 33,000 in MATRIX LEVEL 2 (GP 1900) & DNI from January 2023 as 33,300 in MATRIX LEVEL 4 ( GP 2400) onwards.
सर जयहिंद! मैं और मेरा एक साथी 11/11/2002 को 3050/- के बेसिक पर जॉइंट हुए, 2010 में हम दोनो का साथ मे प्रमोशन हुआ (7670-2000) , इसके बाद मैं डायरेक्ट रिक्रूटमेंट के तहत 03/05/2012 को ग्रेड पे-2400 पर नियुक्त हो गया। मैं जुलाई 2012 में मेरे साथी से ग्रेड पे में रुपये 400 और बैंड पे में रुपये 10 आगे निकल गया। इस तरह मैं जुलाई 2015 में उससे 440 रुपये आगे था। उसका अगला ग्रेड पे-2400 का प्रमोशन आया 2016 में, मतलब सातवे वेतनमान के वक्त, उसने 01/07/2016 से लाभ लिया और वह मुझसे रुपये 900 आगे निकल गया। मेरा जुलाई 2016 का बेसिक था-31400 और उसका था 32300। इस दशा में क्या मुझे स्टेपिंग अप पे मिलना चाहिए?
Sir meri appointment 2008 ki hai . 2013 ko 1900 to 2400 me mera promotion huva hai .Muze sirf 1 increments diya gaya hai. Hamare department me 2400 ki direct recruitment nahi hai.kya muze iska labh milega

Now the order was changed by the Supreme court that entry pay be given to those on locally promoted
Sir, Whether this order is applicable also to the post where vacancies are filled only on promotions and no direct recruitment is made to that post.
No this order is for new recruits from 1/1/2006, for normal promotion basic pay + GP In the case of MACP upgraded from 1/9/2008 as basic pay + next GP.
