Subject: Review of Pay fixation of DR ASOs appointed after 01.01.2006 – Stepping up of pay of DRs with reference to pay of Junior promotee Assistants – Reg.
Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. No 7/13/2017-CS-I (A) dated 28.12.2007 on the above subject.
2. The OA No. 2147/2015 and OA No. 150/2016 are coming up for hearing on 08.03.2018 before the Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi.
3. A list of DR ASOs of CGLE-2005, who are still in service, is enclosed at Annex-II
4. Ministries/Departments are requested to verify the list and furnish the information relating to names of DR ASOs of CGLE-2005 (including those promoted), who have been getting the benefit of stepping up of pay, either with reference to junior ASO of the same batch i.e. CGLE-2005 or with reference to promotee ASO, in the enclosed format at Annexure-I
