Defence se barabar salary other forcess kobi milna chahiye because we are do to same risk same duty
I am a retired CRPF Subedar Major. My present (As per 6th Pay Commission) Pay Scale is 9300-34800. My present Grade Pay is 4200/- whereas I should have been given Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- This is an error committed by CRPF due to oversight. This anomaly should be set right when finalising the 7th Pay Commission Report.

01 .The 7 pay commission is not for the all permilletery force …. This pay commission is only for officers and only Army… navy and Air force … the defence minister says the hard ship allowance given to the arms forces … there is no name peramillitery force …
02. All benefits is given to army .. navy .. airforce .. we are nothing to the goverment and 7 pay commission …

Ab ex. C.r.p.f ko kitna salary milega abhi 7200 per month mil raha hai. ?
my present basic pay is Rs.3500/- and Gross salary is Rs.8120/- per month. What will be salary in 7th CPC.

I m SO but I want to similarity in Payment but I saw it a big difference in Rank wise only a few years its difference is ……….always care it CT is only a main roll in duty others are Commander & followers so please don’t ignore Constables it not a great India and Indians

I suggest that 7th cpc may recommend the pay structure of CPMF is in equal to the Army pay structure

why peoples are demanding canteen instead of OROP,MSP,HRA…NFU and promotion as army .war is not always occurred may be 30/40 years ,even war cpmf also fought according to past histories.daily cpmf fighting war in naxalism an NE region.Army got peace tennure after 2/3 yers field tennure but cpmf always in the field. Sir pse do something good, after 30 years of service CRPF mens send retire, there was a fact that there was a large no vacancies for new generation when old and weak persons went retired

Special higher education allowance given to those employees who have upgrade his knowledge up to graduate&post graduate after enlistment to the organisation by proper official permission . This type of employees have strengthing /empowering the organisation.

In the 7th pay commission report for para military staff should be increased as par army. at paresent army personnel are also doing duty with us, but they are getting more pay than us. further allowance may also be increased.
at present CRPF and other para military force personnel are performing duty in hard area but they are not getting which should be accepted.So keeping iin view all the points pay commission should be launched. further CSD facility shoudl also be extended to CAPF personnel/retired.
