7 pay commition me jada der ho raha hai badi bat ye hai ki kisi ko kuch bhi pata nahi chalne diya gaya hai ki pay kiska kitna hoga
Paramilitary kobhi army jeisa subhida dena chahiye
Defence se barabar salary other forcess kobi milna chahiye because we are do to same risk same duty
I am a retired CRPF Subedar Major. My present (As per 6th Pay Commission) Pay Scale is 9300-34800. My present Grade Pay is 4200/- whereas I should have been given Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- This is an error committed by CRPF due to oversight. This anomaly should be set right when finalising the 7th Pay Commission Report.
01. Para Military personnel ko bhi Military Service Pay milna chahiye kyonki wo bhi bahut hardness mein jeete hain
02. ASI ko 4200 wale grade pay mein rakhna chahiye(PB-2)
03. SI aur HC ki Direct bharti kam karke neeche waalon ko promotion dena chahiye.
01 .The 7 pay commission is not for the all permilletery force …. This pay commission is only for officers and only Army… navy and Air force … the defence minister says the hard ship allowance given to the arms forces … there is no name peramillitery force …
02. All benefits is given to army .. navy .. airforce .. we are nothing to the goverment and 7 pay commission …
03. The government cannot gives us rank… hum to canstable he barthi hoyi hy constabe he retiremet ho jaygay…. na hamari pension hy na rank hy ….

Ab ex. C.r.p.f ko kitna salary milega abhi 7200 per month mil raha hai. ?
my present basic pay is Rs.3500/- and Gross salary is Rs.8120/- per month. What will be salary in 7th CPC.

CRPF Ka full form Central reserve police force nahi hona tha ors ke liye chaltho raho pyare foji hona tha aur officers ke liye chothe raho pura fukkat me hona tha saala duty kare ors aur pocket bharre officers ladai me ladenge ors aur police medal leke promotion lenge officers din rath mainath kare ors aur AC kamra bhi milega aur lakh ka isabse salary bhi lenge saala sharam nahi hai bhenchodhonko upparse welfare dhene se jadha thang kaise kare bolke sochthe hai angraji gaye but hindhustan me gulami nahi gaya khas karke force me sadha huha system .
Crpf ke jawan kitna muskil me hay naksal se lado dusra apne afisars ki gulami Karo nahi to chutti me aur duty me discipline ke naam par atyacaar saho syse jawan ko jinda rahne ka koyi hak nahi pay to

Deko sabsay hard duty CT.ka hotahi.laymen pay bahut kam kyo..hai bagvan hamare tha ra thoda deko.

I m SO but I want to similarity in Payment but I saw it a big difference in Rank wise only a few years its difference is ……….always care it CT is only a main roll in duty others are Commander & followers so please don’t ignore Constables it not a great India and Indians

1 constable or hc ka pay ko aur bdana chahiye 2 para miltary ko army ke sman suvhda ho kuki ye unse bhi jyada duty krte hai 3 para miltary allounce milna chahiye 4 cl 28 din ho 5 pension honi chahiye 6 sabhi state ki police dp ,or rpf se grade pay aur basic adik ho taki koi bhi javan para miltary ko chodkar state police dp aur rpf me na jaye aur force ki gunvatta bde 7 ex servisman ka kota mile 8 prtek train me ak para military ke liye coch ho 9 risk allownce aur ta ko 3guna badana chahiye 10
Capf ke gaand me jo bamboo dalnewale babulokka sina me jo b hathme aya weapon ka puraki pura goli dalna chahiye tab sochega capf bhi army se jada risky me kam karte he
kuch nahi kiya government ne ek sipahi kaise duty karta aisa political leaders ko kada karna chahiye border pe tab pata chalega

CRPF desh ki sb se badi paramilitary force h kyo ki desh ki jaruat k anusar iska vistar kr diya gya pr facility us kr anusar nhi badaya gya I don’t want to say that CRPF ARMY ya or sari forces se jada kaam kr rahi pr aiaa kahna v galat hoga ki kam kr rahi hai Sbhi ka apna apna task hai or hm sb mil kr us ko pure tan man se pura kar rahe hai Isleye government se me kahna chahta hu ki hume facilities k aadhar pr batna band kre or hum sabhi ko jo jaruat h us pr vichar kre kyo ki hm sabhi apno se dur family se dur rah kr desh ki seva kr rahe hai ARMY ho ya PARA MILITARY sabhi ko apne apno se or family se milne ke liye equal chhuti milna chahiye jb bhi hm CSD cantine me jate h hume saman nhi milta tb hume aisa lagta hai ki hm is desh k force duty nhi krte h hm to bs aise hi…. isleye government se mera sawal h ki agar hum v desh ki seva karte h to humare iiye CSD kyo nhi

I suggest that 7th cpc may recommend the pay structure of CPMF is in equal to the Army pay structure
CAPF hi aaj ke din india me sab kuch kar raha h. Border garding; CI ops. naxalvad; internal duty election , hinsa pidit ilaake; etc…….. …….Ajj ke din army se bahut aage h CAPF. islie Capf ko army ke saman facility (CSD; 30 DAYS C/ L LEAVE; MSP; MEDICAL FACILITY; RAIL COACHS FACILITIES; OLD PENSION etc.)honi chahiye. CAPF ki in maango ko jaldi se jaldi maan lena chaiye.Modi sarkar ko Rewari relly me kiye vaado ko yaad kar turant acton lene ki jarurat h…..

why peoples are demanding canteen instead of OROP,MSP,HRA…NFU and promotion as army .war is not always occurred may be 30/40 years ,even war cpmf also fought according to past histories.daily cpmf fighting war in naxalism an NE region.Army got peace tennure after 2/3 yers field tennure but cpmf always in the field. Our MHA also most currupted depatment look in MHA audit initially aouditors demand money to the BN

Sir pse do something good, after 30 years of service CRPF mens send retire, there was a fact that there was a large no vacancies for new generation when old and weak persons went retired
sir 7th pay commission me army ki tharha crpf ko bhi canteens honi chahiye
Special higher education allowance given to those employees who have upgrade his knowledge up to graduate&post graduate after enlistment to the organisation by proper official permission . This type of employees have strengthing /empowering the organisation.

In the 7th pay commission report for para military staff should be increased as par army. at paresent army personnel are also doing duty with us, but they are getting more pay than us. further allowance may also be increased.
at present CRPF and other para military force personnel are performing duty in hard area but they are not getting which should be accepted.So keeping iin view all the points pay commission should be launched. further CSD facility shoudl also be extended to CAPF personnel/retired.
