Sub: Pay fixation of re-employed Ex-Servicemen
Ref: HQ office letter No.AT/II/2455-VI dated 06.07.2018
Kindly find, enclosed, HQ office letter quoted under reference on the above subject alongwith its enclosure.
It has been inferred in Para 5 of the aforesaid letter that the provisions of Para 8(iii) of DoP&T OM No 3/3/2016-Estt (Pay-II) dated 01.05.2017 and hence Para 3(v) of DoP&T OM No 3/19/2009-Estt (Pay II) dated 05.04.2010, which is analogical to para 8(iii) of OM No 3/3/2016-Estt (Pay-II) dated 01.05.2017, are applicable only for the pay fixation of retired Gr A officers on re-employment and not for the pay fixation of PBORs on re-employment in civil posts. Accordingly, pay fixation of persons who retired as PBOR and got re-employed in civil posts, in the revised structure of 6th CPC is to be regulated as per the provisions laid down in para 4(b)(i), 4(b)(ii) read with para 4(d) of DoP&T OM No 3/19/2009-Estt (Pay II) dated 05.04.2010.
Affected cases may be dealt with accordingly.

महोदय आप से अनुरोध है OFC kanpur मे 19exsm.PBOR ka pay fiction किया जा चुका है श्री मान् मेरा नही किया जा रहा है जब की आधे मेरे बाद के रिटारमेंट है और मै 2008 का हूँ ना ही कोई जवाब दिया जा रहा है 06 साल से यह लडा़ई चल रही है कोई सुझावँ बताये।

I am Sub Maj (Hony Capt) Dharam Singh retired from Indian Army on 01 Jan 2015(FN) and reemployed in Telecommunication Consultants India Limited (A Government of India Enterprise). Please intimate the latest rules of pay fixation.
I am retired from navy 28.02.2002 and re-employed in ap state govt as Teacher on 28.02.2007. what is the procedure for pay fixation.
There’s no pay fixation for reemployment, but you will get Pension for previous Service, if you have joined in proper channel & it is CENTRAL GOVERNMENT & STATE GOVERNMENT. Since you have joined in AP State government after 2004 so you will come under National Pension Scheme for your Teacher Service.
I am ex navy came pension on 29 Feb 2000 re employ in RPF on 07 jul 2007 but till to date my basic pay in RPF not done
But why separate rules between Officer and JCO & OR.
The decision taken by the government is very much clear hence I have no comment please.
