Sir, At the outset, I pay my gratitues to the pressent Government and especilly to our H’ble PM Shri Modi ji who has resolved the long outstanding issue of ‘One Rank-One Pension’ of Ex-Servicemen by giving them a special gift of ‘One Rank-Two Pensions’ to the JCOs/ORs and ‘One Rank-One Pensxion’ to the Commissioned Officers of the Army, Navy and Air Force vide MOD Letter Dated 03 rd, Feb,2016. In the case of JCOs and ORs, it is sanctioned ‘ One Rank and Two Pensions, but in the case of Commissioned offiers, it is sanction ‘ One Rank and One Pension’ . Thanks for adopting two difrerent policies between JCOs/ORs and Commissioned Officers..
