This portal is intended solely for submitting applications for admission to Balvatika and Class I in selected Kendriya Vidyalayas across India for the academic year 2026–2027.

Kendriya Vidyalaya School Admission 2026-27 Age Criteria
According to the updated KVS admission regulations, the minimum age requirement for Balvatika-1 is now three years, Balvatika-2 is established at four years, and students must have reached five years of age to qualify for Balvatika-3. Additionally, the minimum age for entry into Class 1 has been standardized at six years, promoting a more consistent and developmentally suitable educational experience for young learners.
The minimum age requirement for KVS admission into Balvatika-1 is 3 years as of April 1st, 2026. The acceptable date of birth range is from April 1, 2022, to April 1, 2023. For children applying under the “Differently Abled” category, the permissible date of birth range is from April 1, 2020, to April 1, 2023.

Fee Collection Calendar for KV Schools 2026
Students attending Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV School) are required to pay their tuition fee, computer fee, and Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi (VVN) on a quarterly basis in the months of January, April, July, and October. The fee collection will occur from the 1st to the 15th of each calendar month without incurring any late fine. Should students fail to make the payment by the due date, a late fine will be imposed. The amount of this late fine will be automatically generated by the system.
KV Online Fee Payment Challan Form Download 2026
The KVS Challan copy is a form generated by the system. This system-generated challan copy will be provided to students by their respective schools. Additionally, students can download the challan form from the official website of the Union Bank of India (UBI). Important login information, including the Unique ID and registered date of birth, will be printed on the challan copy. These details are necessary for logging into the Union Bank of India (UBI) website to facilitate easy online fee payment.
Kendriya Vidyalaya Fees Quarterly Challan Form
The timeframe for downloading the individual student’s challan form from the official UBI website for the first quarter is between 1st January and 15th January without incurring any late fee. The challan copy for the second quarter will be available from 1st April to 15th April, while the third quarter’s challan slip can be downloaded between 1st July and 15th July. Lastly, the challan document copy for the final fourth quarter can be downloaded from 1st October to 15th October.
UBI KVS Fee Payment Receipt 2026
Union Bank of India (UBI) operates 4000 branches throughout India. Students have the option to pay their fees offline by visiting any branch with the challan form. Furthermore, KV students can also pay their school fees via mobile banking. After installing the mobile banking application on their devices, they can utilize the IMPS option for payment. It is important to note that students cannot instantly download their tuition fee payment receipt through online banking or mobile banking. They must wait 24 hours for the payment receipt to be generated. However, earlier payment receipts can be downloaded by entering the Unique ID and Date of Birth.
