KVS Balvatika-3 Admission Lottery Results Announced Today!

Greetings! The moment we’ve all been eagerly awaiting has finally arrived! The esteemed KV schools have unveiled the results of the admission lottery for Balvatika-III (which is equivalent to the UKG section). These results have been determined through a meticulous Draw of Lots method.

In order to ensure fairness and equal opportunities, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has recently introduced an online admission process for the Balvatika-III class in 450 selected KV schools. This online process commenced on July 6th, 2023, and concluded on July 18th, 2023. Today, the respective KV schools have officially released the admission list, also known as the Lottery results. This list encompasses applicants from all categories and has been generated using the comprehensive Draw of Lots method.

It is imperative to note that these admissions are provisional and are subject to document verification at any given stage. Parents are required to bring a copy of their child’s online registration form from the KVS Online portal for KV HVF AVADI.

During the admission process, parents must provide both original certificates and self-attested copies of the following documents. The original certificates will be returned after verification:

1. Copy of the child’s birth certificate issued by the competent authority (original will be returned after verification)
2. Copy of proof of residence for the registered address
3. Copy of SC/ST/OBC (NCL) certificate in the child’s name
4. Service certificate of parents employed in Central/State Government/PSU departments, duly signed by the head of office (original, which will not be returned), as per the attached proforma
5. Certificate indicating transfer details of the parent, duly endorsed by the competent authority (original, which will not be returned), as per the attached proforma
6. Copy of department ID card for government employees
7. Copy of discharge certificate for ex-servicemen
8. Copy of the child’s Aadhar card
9. One passport-size photograph of the child
10. Self-declaration, signed by the parent, stating the distance of residence from the school (original), as per the attached proforma. It is mandatory for at least one parent to be present during the admission process, along with the child.

For Category-I parents and those employed in departments that offer reimbursement for children’s education allowance, the following fees apply:

– Admission fees: Rs. 25.00
– VVN: Rs. 1500.00
– Total: Rs. 1525.00

No fees are required for others.

Please take note that if any submitted documents are found to be false or incorrect at any stage, admission will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, the vacancies will be offered to waitlisted candidates in accordance with the KVS Admission Guidelines.

Failure to report at the designated date and time will result in the forfeiture of the admission selection.

What exactly is Balvatika in KVS, you might wonder? Well, let me enlighten you. Balvatika Classes, my dear reader, encompass the wondrous realm of Kindergarten education, catering to the wide-eyed little ones from Pre-KG to UKG. Allow me to break it down for you: the initial stage, Pre-KG, is fondly referred to as Balvatika-1. Moving on, we have the delightful grade of LKG, affectionately known as Balvatika-2. And lastly, we have the grand finale, the glorious UKG, which gracefully assumes the title of Balvatika-3. These designations, dear friends, hold true for the esteemed Kendriya Vidyalaya schools.

KV Balvatika-3 Online Admission Started for 2023-24

Please take note that the registration process will commence today at 9 AM and will run until the 18th of July 2023. It is crucial to submit your child’s application within this timeframe to ensure their eligibility for the lottery. Speaking of which, the lottery results will be published on the 20th of July 2023. KVS Balvatika-3 Age Limit 2023-24

Kindly note that the minimum age for admission to Bal Vatika is 5 years and the maximum admissible age is 6 years as of 01-04-2023, with a 1-year relaxation in the upper age limit for “Differently-Abled” candidates
