I have got a letter for my mother aged 77yrs old from bank for Jeevan Pramaan Aadhar based life certificate System , Special Camp between 13th to 17th July 2015 ) documents . for submission of Aadhar card copy , PPO copy and bank pass book copy. While we are staying in South Delhi and all the centre mentioned by PNB are 16 to 25 km from our house. How can an old lady visit such place . isn’t this a very strange expectation ? It should be duty of the Bank where pension is been drawn responsible to collect any such documents from the pensioners. Why does all these implemented which harasses old people (even those who cannot even walk.please look into the matter and help us so that it helps thousands of senior citizens from such harassment.
