HVF Junior Technician Salary 2025: Monthly Pay Details
Engaged Junior Technicians (Contract) will receive a structured monthly remuneration package during their employment. The minimum Basic Pay is set at Rs. 21,000. In addition to the Basic Pay, employees will receive an Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as applicable, along with a Special Allowance amounting to 5% of the Basic Pay. Furthermore, an annual increment of 3% on the Basic Pay will be awarded, contingent upon the successful completion of the preceding tenure.
