Diwali Bonus for Tamil Nadu Government PSU Employees 2019
The State Government of Tamil Nadu announced through a press release on 15.10.2019 a Diwali Bonus for the year 2018-19.
As per the press release, the salary ceiling for the bonus is Rs. 21000. The monthly salary ceiling for the calculation of bonus is Rs. 7000. The employees working in the Public Sector Undertakings will get a maximum of Rs. 16800 and Rs.8400 will be a minimum amount of bonus.
All eligible employees working in profit-making PSU will get a 20% bonus and other PSU employees would get a 10% bonus only. Employees and Saff of TNEB and TNSTC will get an 8.33% bonus with 11.67% ex-gratia, a total of 20% bonus for the year 2018-19.
