Subject: Details of Voluntary help by Officers and Staff of DAD in fight against COVID-19.
Competent Authority has desired to know the details of voluntary help (other than the contribution of one day salary) made by the officers and staff of Defence Accounts Department towards fight against COVID-19.
It is therefore requested, that the following information in respect of officers and staff in your organization may please be forwarded to this HQrs office through email (aniii.cgda@nic.in) latest by 21.04.2020 positively.
- (i) Any donations made to PM CARES Fund/PMNRF/CM Relief Fund etc.
- (ii) Any donations made to any NGO/Charitable Trust etc.
- (iii) Any donations to general public.
- (iv) Distribution of Food, groceries etc. to the needy people.
- (v) Any other help.
