The 7 Cpc reconnendations are very disapointing. There is very less increase in salary, which was not expected. Again the Media are highlighting it as a very good cpc, either the Media is pressurised or they have been given money. This cpc will create problem for the group b, c and d eployees after 1 yr only. The central govt also not recommending it now so they will not give increament or da for this yr.
