CGHS, which is renowned for its comprehensive healthcare services, is currently conducting a series of short webinars that last between 60-90 minutes. The webinars are designed to provide valuable information on common health-related issues to its beneficiaries. The sessions are to be held at 4:00 pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, and will involve active participation from the beneficiaries.
The webinars will comprise a presentation by a CGHS Doctor, lasting between 30-40 minutes, followed by a 30-minute question and answer session where relevant queries will be addressed. These webinars are expected to be highly informative and will serve to raise awareness among CGHS beneficiaries on various health conditions, promote healthy lifestyles, and dispel any misunderstandings or doubts they may have about healthcare.

The CGHS has come up with a new program that aims to educate the beneficiaries about the digital services offered by the organization. The initiative called “Webinars for CGHS beneficiaries on the Digital initiatives and services available in CGHS” will provide detailed information about the various online services that the CGHS offers. With this, the beneficiaries can access these services from the comfort of their own homes, avoiding frequent visits to the Wellness Centres and Additional Director Offices.
The webinars will be conducted every third Tuesday of the month, except for Gazetted Holidays. These short webinars will last between 30-50 minutes, and after each session, the beneficiaries can ask questions or raise their concerns using the chatbox.
The second session in the series is scheduled for June 20th, 2023 (Tuesday) at 4.00 PM. The topic of discussion will be “Generation of ABHA ID and Linkage with CGHS,” presented by Dr. Nithya Nair, Senior Medical Officer, Monitoring, Computerization and Training Cell (MCTC), CGHS.

CGHS, known for providing comprehensive health care services to its beneficiaries, is conducting a series of short webinars of 60-90 minute duration with active participation of its beneficiaries to provide information on common health related issues. These webinars are being scheduled at 4.00 pm on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. A 30-40 minutes presentation by a CGHS Doctor will be followed by 30 minutes of answering of relevant questions from the beneficiaries.
It is expected that these webinars will provide useful information to CGHS beneficiaries and create awareness on various health conditions, provide guidance on promotive care, lifestyle modification and also dispel many health-related myths and doubts.
The sixtieth in the series is being held on 23/05/2023 (Tuesday) at 4.00 PM on ‘Diabetes – Importance of good control in prevention of complications’ by Dr. Sonal, specialist , Department of Medicine ,VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi.

CGHS is launching a newer initiative “Webinars for CGHS beneficiaries on the Digital initiatives and services available in CGHS” which will provide information to the beneficiaries about the wide range of online services being rendered by CGHS. These services can be availed by them at the click of a button from the comfort of their own homes and thus saving them from frequent visits to the Wellness Centres and Additional Director Offices.
This series of short webinars, 30-50 minutes in length will be held at 4 PM on 3rd Tuesday of every month (except Gazetted Holidays). After the session, queries from beneficiaries received through the chatbox will be discussed.
The first in the series is being held on 16/05/2023 (Tuesday) at 4.00PM on “A Walk-through of CGHS website -cghs.gov.in”by Dr.Leisha Dharan, Nodal Officer, Monitoring, Computerization and Training Cell (MCTC), CGHS.
