CCL Benefits for Women Working Public Sector Banks
Female employees of Public Sector Banks (PSBs) can avail of various benefits offered by the banks. These benefits, such as leave facilities, are determined through the Bipartite Settlements (BPS)/ Joint Note, which applies uniformly to all PSBs.
Currently, there is no provision for childcare leave specifically designated for women employees in PSBs. However, these banks do provide maternity leave for a duration of 12 months, as stated in the BPS / Joint Note. Furthermore, PSBs have also introduced Sabbatical leave for female employees, which can be utilized for a range of purposes, including child care.
