I am Directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 14th/22nd January, 2019 on the above subject and enclose a copy of the notification issued vide S.O.1044(E) dated 28th February, 2019 whereby “The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (Amendment) Act, 2019” has come into fore w.e.f 1st March, 2019. This is for your information and necessary action.
