Simple Pension Calculator for Existing Central Government Employees after implementation of 7th Central Pay Commission
There is no change in the calculation method after 7th CPC for retiring employees. Pension is calculated @ 50 percent of pay emoluments (last month of pay drawn ) or average
emoluments (for last 10 months), whichever is more beneficial to the retiring Central Governmen Employees.
The most important factor is Dearness Relief for Pensioners. Dearness Relief is calculated based on Basic Pension (Before commutation).
