Last date of submission of life certificate is October 25, 2019
SUBMISSION OF LIFE CERTIFICATE
As per the order issued by the Directorate of Art and Culture, all the Kala Samman Scheme beneficiaries to submit their life certificate duly filled and signed by the beneficiary and countersigned by the Gazetted Officer to the autonomous bodies of Art and culture i.e. Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, Ravindra Bhavan, Baina Vasco, Ravindra Bhavan, Curchorem, Ravindra Bhavan, Sakhali, Rajiv Gandhi Kala Mandir, Ponda, Taluka Libraries or at Directorate of Art & Culture, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto, Panaji.Last date to submit the Life Certificate is October 25, 2019.
The beneficiaries may henceforth submit the life certificate in the respective autonomous bodies every six months i.e. April and October every year.
