I am an exemployee of central social welfare board, our regular staffs are getting the benefit of the 7th CPC but the pensioners are not getting the benefit. In last Loksabha the Minister had informed that we will be given the benefit within a short period. But till today we are not getting the benefit.

It is strange that the present govt. Declared to give the pensioners of ugc and other non teaching officials as per the 7th.cpc then why the other pensioners of autonomous bodies will not get the same as was getting thejr salary while in service. The pensioners are eligible as per 6th.cpc then why they are debarred from getting the benefits as per the 7th.cpc recommmendation.do the govt.has the prerogative for creating discrimination? Pl.reply.

When central autonomous bodies employees gets pay asper 7th.cpc why the pensioners are debarred.what i the logic behind it?.the pensioners while getting as per 6th .cpc it should automatically calculated as per 7th.cpc wef.jan.2016 as was paid from 1st cpc. Is it the discretionary power of the foolish govt. To such discrimination to senior citizens showoing bahubali power..

    Sir,
When a KVS teacher retired after getting the 7 th CPC but why is he. not able to get his pension as per 7 th CPC ?
It is not good Governance. Discreamnation ??? Why???
Govt. is not doing anything for common people?
Govt. Is thinking how to get vote. But vote is not coming like this. Justice for all should be same. An central government employee can get pension as per 7 th CPC but KVS employee can not get.
