In January, 16 my pay in PB was Rs. 19,900 & GP Rs. 4,600 (in PB-2 as per 6th CPC), thereafter on 01-02-2016 I promoted to next grade in GP Rs. 4800/- & opted for fixation as per 6th CPC on 1st July, 16. Now, as per 7th CPC can I opt for fixation from 1st January, 16? What is the best choice for me & can I get Arrear of pay?

    Hi,
My basic pay on 1.1.2016 was Rs. 27790 (GP:6600). I was promoted on 01.07.2016 to GP 7600 and was also given an additional increment on promotion (New basic 30840 as per 6th CPC).

Kindly advise whether I should opt for 7th CPC fixation date as 01.01.2016 or 01.07.2016. As per my calculation, I am loosing on arrear but getting a higher basic by choosing 01.07.2016. Kindly clarify and oblige.

    Thanks

    Hi,
My basic as on 1.1.2016 was 21630 (GP:5,400 , PB:3). However, after multiplying by multiplication factor of 2.57 and fitting in the pay matrix, my basic as well as that of my junior (basic 21,000) comes to 56,100. Is this case eligible for the bunching rule mentioned in Rule no 5.1.37 on page no 80 of the CPC report and will I be eligible to get an additional increment to take my basic to 57,800? Can you kindly clarify please.

    Your pay calculas is wrong:
    6th Pay: on 01-01-2016 Rs 9300 + 4200 = 13500 7th Pay should be Rs. 35,400
    6th Pay on 01-07-2016 Rs 9710 + 4200 = 13,910 7th Pay should be Rs 36,500
While working Drawn Arrears you have to take
    Pay Band + Grade Pay + Total + D.A. + H.RA + TA/DA
D.A. is worked out on Total (PB+GP) and on TA/DA on Rs 800 + 125%
The increment worked out by you in 6th pay is only on Pay Band. Increment is drawn on (PB+GP:)*3% rounded up to next 10,but paises should be ignored while rounding to next 10.

I was joined in the NIFFT, Ranchi, as an ASW (Asst. Superintendent Workshop) on 26.8.1996 FN. ACP was previously, but on the basis of 6th pay commission, the MACP was regulated by Govt. of India. After that by lately got a MACP that is from the GP Rs.5400/- to Rs. 6600/-on PB Rs.15600-39100/-). But, now I have completed 20 yrs. of service as on 26.8.2016. I should get the GP Rs. 7600/-, but still now I didn’t get this.
Other than this those who’ve joined with me at the parallel post as a lecturer in this organization, they are jumped to Associate Professor and now Professor also. I am still at the GP Rs. 6600/-. Even, As I am joined in the reserved category -SC. So, I am requesting you that kindly help me to facilitate the either MACP or promotional benefit should get or not & what is the fixation of my new revised pay according to the 7th CPC CG employees under the GoI.

I, therefore, request you that kindly mention either me or NIFFT to fitment as on the hierarchy of MACP/promotional rules for benefit me to remove the hurrssment.

Thank-you for your anticipation & kind cooperation.

Pls fix new pay for one whose BP = 12290 (as on 1/1/16); GP = 4200 (w.e.f July, 2013 after getting MACP). Pls note that GP=4200 has been upgraded to 4600 and he is getting GP =4200 only after 2nd MACP.

One of the best calculator to determine the revised pay and arrears… But in 6th CPC details it calculates the TA for 132% of DA, however it doesn’t matter as in other parts, such as drawn, due and arrears it maintains almost accuracy… appreciate the work…
