Running of special trains as Premium Trains or Tatkal Trains- Clarification

Sub: Rnnning of “Tatkal Special” Trains
This issue regarding running of special trains as Premium Trains or on Tatkal fare has been under consideration of Board’s office. The matter has been examined and it has been decided that all special trains which are not being run on Premium Trains on Dynnmic Pricing basis, will be run on Tatkal fare with the following conditions:-
(i) ln case the demand is there for both the directions, Tatkal fare shall be charged for both the directions. However, if the demand is only in one direction. Tatkal fare shall be charged for one direction and for other direction for which them is less demand, normal fare can he charged.
(ii) The Advance Reservation Period of these trains can be with a minimum period of 10 days to maximum period of 60 days.
The decision for (i) & (ii) above shall be taken by Zonal Railways keeping in view the demand pattern and with the approval of Chief Commercial Manager.
Tejas train fare will be reimbursed in LTC or not
It’s eligible as per their basic pay of MATRIX LEVELS. Not for all employees.
